We currently offer one reliable shipping option for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our default and only shipping method. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during promotional periods or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship to most international destinations. The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping begins after the order has been processed and is typically:

  • Domestic (within the country of our warehouse): 3-7 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country's customs procedures.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and the destination address. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately. RayAinu is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
