By accessing and purchasing from the RayAinu website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the Site and the purchase of products, including Keyboards, Headsets, Power Supplies, and PC Cases. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.
2. User Conduct and Orders
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. When placing an order, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. RayAinu reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before order processing and shipment. We use secure third-party payment processors, and you agree to their respective terms.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. RayAinu is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Refund & Return Policy
We strive for customer satisfaction. You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as opened software, digital products, or personalized goods, are not eligible for return unless defective.
