Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Please note that certain items, such as opened software or personalized products, may not be eligible for a refund unless defective.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper installation.
  • Items returned without all original components and packaging.
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Digital downloads or software licenses once accessed.

Refund Process

  2. Ship the Item: Securely package the product and include the RMA number. Ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are generally the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Defective or Incorrect Items
